Mixed Level Yoga: Traditional Hatha Yoga ideal for both beginners and those who have practiced yoga before.  Components include body awareness, deep breathing, visualization, stretching and strengthening postures, meditation, relaxation, and guided imagery. Beginners welcome. 

Pilates Reformer Classes : From beginners to advanced levels, Reformer classes offer something for everyone.  Whether your goal is to increase flexibility, strengthen and tone your muscles or just challenge your mind and body, you will find this to be one of the best and most fun workouts you will ever have. The reformer is a Pilates specific apparatus that allows for resistance through all ranges of motion to tone, strengthen and improve muscular balance.

Gym Memberships: We also offer independent gym memberships that allow members to come in and complete a workout on their own anytime during our office hours.  We offer month-to-month memberships and discounted three month or annual
memberships.
